I'd really like to see MS bring Contacts into the iOS Outlook app, Apple's Contacts apps on Mac & iOS are terrible.Top Freeware Keywords Show more Show less The web version is reliable, works with plug-ins and the Contacts feature is excellent (for my use) - it is almost as good as the old People Hub on Windows Phone, but not quite if they add contact tagging in OneDrive photos then it will be damn close. If File appears in the menu, select the tab for Classic Outlook. ![]() To determine which version of Outlook youre using, check if theres a File option in the menu (located above the ribbon).If theres no File option, follow the steps under the New Outlook tab. ![]() I'll consider using it when it doesn't need to bump me out to the web to access features that should be in the desktop client eg: Todo's, Notes, Moca. Important: Steps may be different between the new and classic Outlook for Windows. I open the Mac client now and again just to see what is new. I have to use Parallels to run the Windows version occasionally when I need to do things the web version can't (eg: bulk email and contact admin). ![]() The outlook Mac client has been going through some major growing pains in the past year or so, the "new" version looks pretty but it is missing so much functionality that its not much good for users who rely on deeper integrations and the features present in the "old" version (which is where the real value lies). ![]()
